Silver Owl offers three products: Business Essentials, your website together with the Silver Owl app; AI Automation, approved agents on the Phoenix harness; and Managed Infrastructure, virtual machines and the services around them. One accountable team builds the software, runs the AI and operates the infrastructure.
One point of contact. One coordinated service. A clear plan for what comes next.
The workspace your team uses. The agents that help. The infrastructure that keeps it running.

Managed InfrastructureCompute, operations & care
One coordinated plan, from first release onward.
01 / Build
Start with the right thing.
We turn your goal into a practical scope, then design, develop and test a result you can review before launch.
02 / Implement
Put the foundations in place.
We configure the agreed hardware and cloud resources, deploy your application, and establish the monitoring, updates and recovery checks in your plan.
03 / Improve
Keep moving after launch.
Your monthly package includes an agreed development allowance, ongoing care and one team to help prioritize the next improvement.
Joined-up thinking
A clear path between the pieces.
The application, the connections and the environment behind them need a shared plan. We scope those handoffs alongside the work they support.
Silver Owl products
Three products, one proposal, one accountable team.
Business Essentials, AI Automation and Managed Infrastructure belong in the same conversation. We put them into one custom-quoted proposal with a clear first release and monthly care. Each product is quoted for your business, and a published price list comes later.
Your website and your Silver Owl app, together
Business Essentials
A website and a scoped workspace experience for your business. Priorities, customer relationships, projects, content and insights are examples to confirm for your delivery.
Website design, build, hosting, updates, and contact forms delivered by email through Azure Communication Services
Workspace examples to scope: priorities, deadlines and approvals, with project responsibilities and next steps where included
Customers: contacts, companies, conversations, a pipeline from enquiry to decision, and follow-ups with context; enabled customer-management features and connections are confirmed for your delivery
Content and Insights workflows, plus Finance and Purchasing in development; delivered features and accounting connections require confirmation. Events and connected-space pilots are scoped separately
Quoted for your business
A scoped launch fee and a recurring package. Included infrastructure, hardware responsibilities, development time and usage are written into your proposal.
See the first release and monthly care
First release: your website plus the Silver Owl workspace set up around your customers, projects and content, with review and approval where agreed.
Monthly care: website updates and content changes, workspace support and agreed improvements. AI drafts and acts within agreed limits; people approve production actions.
An agreed Phoenix workflow uses approved tools and data. Sign-in, access boundaries, usage limits, activity records and approval steps need to be verified for each delivery.
Providers and models depend on the agreed setup; external models and tools may process information outside your environment, so data handling must be confirmed before connection
Communication channels and handoff to a person are scoped individually. Provider availability, permissions and acceptance checks must be confirmed; service hours and support commitments follow the agreement
Examples to scope: enquiry triage and follow-up drafts, monitoring on an agreed schedule with emailed digests where enabled, research briefs with sources, document and knowledge Q&A, reviewed content drafts, and customer-record updates
Each delivered automation needs a named owner, verified approval steps for consequential actions, and agreed activity records

First release: one agreed automation against your tools and data, with evaluation cases, approval steps and handoff to its named owner.
Monthly care: monitoring, evaluation and refinements within the agreed usage limits, with human approval kept on consequential actions.
Virtual machines on Microsoft Azure for CPU workloads, and GPU capacity for model inference, training or rendering through cloud providers, sized and confirmed per workload.
Storage, PostgreSQL databases, backups, email delivery, monitoring, weekly patching through Azure Update Manager, and daily security scanning through Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Cost limits agreed before launch, with usage and capacity reviewed as the workload changes
CPU and GPU sized and confirmed per workload; availability and region depend on provider quota
Silver Owl runs its own gateways and services this way on Azure

First release: the agreed environment implemented for your workload, with access, monitoring, backup retention and cost limits defined before launch.
Monthly care: operations, patching, security scanning, backup checks and cost reviews, with one accountable team and additional resources approved before they are added.
These products are starting points for a custom-quoted proposal. We agree the actual workload, allowances, response targets and handover before work begins. Larger changes and usage beyond your plan receive an estimate and approval first.
A simpler customer experience
A service to use. A team to call.
You do not need to assemble a collection of infrastructure providers and development contractors. Silver Owl coordinates the setup, the ongoing work and the support.
We bring the agreed services onto one Silver Owl bill wherever the provider arrangement supports it. If a particular platform needs a direct customer account or separate charge, we explain that before you commit.
Power planned in advance.Capacity and responsibilities agreed for your workload.
Care that is part of the package
Clear responsibilities. Room for the business to grow.
Support you can plan around
Human support is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Eastern, with continuous automated checks. Your proposal sets response targets, holiday coverage and who to contact when something needs attention.
Automated checks continue outside business hours. Around-the-clock human support requires a separate arrangement.
Changes with a clear scope
Use your development allowance for agreed improvements. We prioritize the backlog together and estimate larger changes before proceeding. AI assists our work; people remain accountable for review and approved production actions.
Ownership from the start
Your proposal records ownership of your domain, data and paid-for custom deliverables, alongside third-party licenses. Documentation, exports and an agreed handover give you a practical path if your needs change.
A plan you can follow
Agree which activity records, usage information and maintenance notes your team needs to see. Keep completed work, open issues and proposed improvements understandable, with a named person for the next decision.
Reporting content and review cadence are set in your care plan.
Backup retention and recovery targets depend on your application and successful restore testing. We scope critical or regulated systems separately.
Microsoft Azure
Cloud infrastructure. One accountable team.
Microsoft Azure is part of Silver Owl’s own operating infrastructure. We help plan, implement and manage Azure environments for business applications and AI workflows, with the resources and responsibilities defined around your workload.
Compute & hardware
Plan virtual machines, storage and specialist compute around the application. Configuration, capacity changes and hardware responsibilities are agreed as part of implementation.
Access & operations
Define who can access the environment, how changes are approved and what needs monitoring. We scope network configuration, deployment and ongoing maintenance together.
Recovery & cost control
Agree backup retention, restore checks and spending limits before launch. Review usage and capacity as the workload changes, with a clear process for approving additional resources.
Data & service connections
Map where application data is stored and which services need it. Agree database and storage access, email delivery and connections to your existing tools, with provider accounts, processing locations and permissions documented before launch.
The proposal identifies the Azure services, account arrangement, region, capacity and recovery targets for your project. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed during assessment.
Compute, power and cooling sized for the workload, with the responsibilities written into your proposal.
Compute sized for the workloadAccelerator systems where a model or inference service needs them, scoped with the application.
Cooling as part of the planDense compute needs heat removed as deliberately as it needs power.
Clean air, steady temperaturesFiltration and airflow keep equipment within its operating range.
Hardware, providers and capacity are confirmed for each proposal.

Specialist workloads
Need AI compute as part of the plan?
We can scope the environment, deployment and ongoing operations for a model, job or inference service. GPU capacity, storage, transfer and engineering are sized for the workload, with spending and idle limits agreed in advance.
Provider terms, capacity, region, model rights and data needs determine availability. A customer-managed provider account is optional where supported. Performance and capacity are confirmed during assessment.
